2. Information about AbstraCover
AbstraCover is an online store that offers customized products on demand (hereinafter referred to as the “Products”). The Products are printed and shipped on demand, which means that each Product is unique and made especially for you.
3. Ordering and Payment
To place an order, you must select the Products you wish to purchase and add them to the shopping cart. You will then need to proceed to checkout and enter your billing and shipping information. Payments are processed through a secure payment provider. The User agrees that the Owner is not responsible for errors or failures in payment processing.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Products are printed and shipped on demand. Production time is 2 to 7 working days. Products are printed and shipped through Printify, a print-on-demand provider.
5. Returns and Refunds
We only accept returns of damaged or defective Products. If you receive a damaged or defective Product, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the Product. To obtain a refund, you must return the Product to us in its original packaging.
We do not accept Product returns due to a change of mind or for choosing the wrong size or color.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks and patents, relating to the Website and the Products are owned by AbstraCover or its licensors. You are not authorized to use any AbstraCover trademark, trade name or logo without its prior written consent..
